GRPD — Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order with GRPD, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email. During busier periods, processing may take a little longer.

2. Shipping origin
Orders are shipped through our international fulfilment partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipment may be sent internationally.

3. Estimated delivery time
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination. Owing to international logistics, customs clearance and carrier handling, total delivery time may occasionally extend up to 30 days. All timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.

A shipment is not considered lost until both of the following apply:

  • 30 days have passed since dispatch, and
  • the carrier has officially confirmed non-delivery.

4. Customs & import charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that packages refused at customs may be returned or rejected, and original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

5. Shipping costs
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

6. Delivery confirmation & responsibility
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the order passes to the customer, and carrier confirmation is treated as valid proof of delivery.

We're unable to accept responsibility for:

  • packages marked as delivered;
  • theft following delivery;
  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout;
  • deliveries to neighbours or communal mailboxes.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. Any address amendments must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

7. Refused or undeliverable packages
Where a package is refused, unclaimed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

  • the customer is responsible for any return shipping and handling costs;
  • refunds are issued only once the package has been returned and inspected;
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Delays & force majeure
We can't be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, public holidays or peak periods, adverse weather, political events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delays of this nature do not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
