Sizing & fit

What size should I order?

Sizing runs from XS upwards and varies by piece. Check the size guide on the product page before you order — it's the one for that specific item.

How do the pieces fit?

It depends on the cut. Blazers and coats are made to layer, so there's room for a top underneath. Sets and bodysuits sit closer to the body. Each product page tells you which.

What if it doesn't fit?

Send it back within 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for the full details.

Care

How do I wash it?

As a rule: delicate machine wash at 30°C, wash with similar colours, no bleach, no tumble dryer, dry away from direct sunlight. Knits are better dried flat so they keep their shape. Zip anything with a zip before it goes in.

Orders & delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking by email once it's dispatched.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

How do I return something?

Email us with your order number and the reason, and we'll send you what you need. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return.
