Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us at wearegrpd.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About us
GRPD ('we', 'us', 'our') is an EU-based brand operating through wearegrpd.com. For any queries, please contact us at info@wearegrpd.com.
2. Orders
All orders placed on wearegrpd.com are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order occurs when it is dispatched.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Full details of how to exercise this right, including the model withdrawal form and the consequences of withdrawal, are set out on our Return Policy page.
In addition to your statutory rights, we operate a 30-day returns policy for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. This policy sits alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Where you withdraw from the contract within the statutory period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of your original order, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them. In practice we usually process refunds within 5–7 working days.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
7. Product descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate. If a product is significantly different from its description, you are entitled to return it for a full refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content on wearegrpd.com — including text, images, logos and product designs — is our property and is protected by EU and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it.
