Return Policy
We keep it simple.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right. No awkward questions, no lengthy processes.
You have two options: your statutory right of withdrawal, and our own 30-day returns policy, which is more generous. Both are set out below.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise this right
Inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement — an email is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of your original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back, or from the day you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. We may withhold reimbursement until then.
If you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer, we reimburse the standard rate rather than the additional cost.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in other words, you may try items on as you would in a shop.

Our 30-day returns policy
Beyond your statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached
- Be in the original packaging
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged through use. This policy sits alongside your statutory right of withdrawal and does not affect it.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack your items securely and send them back to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or colour, please let us know in your return email and we'll arrange this for you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return at the latest, and in practice usually within 5–7 working days. How quickly the money appears in your account after that depends on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we'll cover the return shipping and put it right. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected by anything on this page.
Gift returns
If you received one of our pieces as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us. We'll issue a gift credit to the value of the item.
