Return Policy
We keep it simple.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your GRPD order, we’ll make it right. No awkward questions, no lengthy processes.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be unworn and in their original condition
• Be in the original packaging
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged through use. This is in accordance with UK hygiene regulations for hosiery.
How to return
1. Email hello@wegrpd.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and send them back to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or colour, please let us know in your return email and we’ll arrange this for you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account. This may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Gift returns
If you received a GRPD product as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at info@wegrpd.com. We’ll issue a gift credit to the value of the item.
